Kings Care Group provides Coordination of Supports (COS) to help NDIS participants make the most of their plan. We guide you through your NDIS journey, connect you with the right services, and help you build the skills and confidence to manage your supports independently.
We support participants with psychosocial disability, dual diagnoses, or complex care needs. We’ll coordinate across multiple services and ensure you have the right supports in place.
You’re in control. We make recommendations based on your goals and preferences, but the final decision is always yours.
It depends on your goals. Some participants need support for a short period to get set up, while others choose longer-term coordination. We adjust the level of support to suit your situation.
Our support coordination is independent—we don’t push you toward specific providers. We work for you, not for anyone else.
