What’s Included in NDIS Personal Care Support?

  • Showering and hygiene: We assist participants with safe entry and exit, bathing, drying, and using bathroom aids as needed.
  • Dressing and undressing: We assist participants with choosing outfits, getting dressed, managing buttons or zippers, and preparing for daily activities or rest.
  • Toileting and continence care: We assist participants with toileting routines, continence aid changes, and personal hygiene in a respectful and private manner.
  • Oral hygiene and grooming: We assist participants with brushing teeth, shaving, skincare, and hair care—either through hands-on help or gentle prompting.
  • Medication routines: We assist participants with daily medication by providing reminders, organising schedules, and supporting safe usage.
  • Morning and evening routines: We assist participants with waking up, dressing, hygiene tasks, and preparing for bed—always based on personal comfort and routine.
  • Mobility and transfers: We assist participants with moving between bed, chair, toilet, or vehicle using safe techniques and mobility equipment when required.
